500W Wind Turbine kit.
The 500W wind turbine is supplied as a complete kit. The only other things you will need to install this unit are: a set of deep cycle batteries (which we can supply, if
required), and cement for the foundations.
The following items make up the 500W wind turbine kit:
Tie-wrapped:
- 3 section tower, labelled upper, middle and lower (each 2m long):
- Tail-section including 6 bolts for fin;
- 3 blades;
- BOX2:
- Footing for the tower, including pivot
- bolt;
- Wind turbine body including cabling
- and bolt for tail;
- Blade hub with 6 bolts and restraining pieces
- Fin;
- A nose cone;
- 3 catenary wire pieces for stays;
- 6 U bolts to secure catenary wire;
- 2 round spikes for securing footing;
- 3 angled pegs to secure catenary wire to ground;
- 3 turnbuckles with hook and eye ends;
- Rectifier/regulator unit
- A 36v power inverter (500w)
