However, by applying some knowledge it is possible to get the best results out of your system. Customers often ask us to advice them on what size turbine they require....but it is important to realise that as well as the differing environmental factors that may apply to a particular site, there are also personal considerations that need to be taken into account. In fact, YOU are ideally placed to make the decisions - as you know your situation better than any consultant can. 

 Always bear in mind that renewable energy is generally unreliable by its nature. Therefore, although it may be relatively easy to produce a system that will provide 50% of your power, it will be much more difficult to produce a system that will provide 75% of your power.
